It will be long, but not as long as our queue for the ticket.
There are long queues and you can't see the end of the edge, this is the first time we've seen this since 2016, Where are so many people from, why, why, what's going on? And there's more in the photos, smoking a lot and waiting outside.
And two people accept documents in room 105. It usually took about 40 minutes for this event. But not today.
That begs the question. If the OGIM administration sees such a situation with a large flow of people, why not increase the staff!? Not one office, but two, three, four.
Well, or delegate responsibilities: some inspectors would accept documents from those who are not the first time, who have a reason to process the documents faster than others.
Other inspectors would have dealt with those,
- who's the first time;
- does not speak Russian;
- who has deportations and problems with deadlines, etc ... Otherwise, with such admission conditions, we may also experience delays!
We don't understand how to solve the issue. If only to call the hotline and leave a complaint. I'll explain why. The work schedule was heard in the queue. Fellow Asians arrive at OGIM at 6:7 a.m. and take turns. At 8 a.m., they take a pack of coupons and make some lists among themselves. At the same time, they have one main one, this is either a translator or some interested person. That is, it turns out that it will be very difficult or impossible for an ordinary individual family to do anything from this flock.
In general, it's a nightmare. Stuffy. Tu-cha-mi come into the offices. Where is the order? Why was such a mess allowed? How can the others submit their documents? What time and on what day should I arrive??? Let me remind you that this is a big unpleasant surprise for us.
We didn't bother the boss. She has queues too and she's very tired. After a two-hour stay in this stuffy room, we definitely don't want to run into rudeness.
We don't have the nerve, so we couldn't submit the documents. We spent two hours in the queue, and there were 211 people in the queue, according to another Slavic-looking guy with a sick mother, "we were served on the morning of the 30th." By the way, coupons are not announced in turn. The coupon system is completely compromised, as is the order in the OGIM.
