The first time is confusing, but then it's quite clear. The staff are professional, decent and actually try their best to help. I'd advise to use the full service as it saves so much time and nerves. Though some of the staff speak English which helps for non-Russian speakers.
On the downside there are long wait times, plus some of the people there (non-locals) for visas etc can be very, very rude and aggressive.
6 the office just doesn't work, it feels like their job is to drink tea and be rude to people. The attitude towards both foreigners and citizens of the Republic of Belarus is disgusting. I have to sit under the office all day, their entire work shift, so that they can take 50 people for two in 5 hours!!!! These ladies can't even answer a question properly, they're always rude and aggressive. Due to the lack of proper explanations, people have to ask again several times, which further reduces their acceptance rate. And the women themselves are only glad, of course, because they won't have to work)they communicate as if you owe them something, absolutely no respect. For some reason, both the deputy and the head of the department are always not at their workplace. And rudeness on the part of all employees is not stopped in any way. In general, they work terribly, all the women in the 6th office do not know the rules of decency. There is also a constant stuffiness in the room, no matter how many people there are, and in any season. It's a pity there's no way to put 0 stars. This place is one of the worst experiences working with government agencies.
A complete nightmare is happening in the 6th office! It feels like they're just bullying people there. They are rude from the doorstep, they answer any questions as if they are not paid for it. You sit in line for 3-4 hours, tolerate their bestial attitude, and then they send you to the same circle — wait further! The staff there seemed to be just going to sit, drink tea and have lunch. Lunch with them is like a sacred act, and the ‘queen’ of the cabinet can calmly say with an important look: ‘I have lunch, wait another hour!’It feels like they were specially recruited to be rude and bring people down. Fire everyone to hell, let at least those who know how to communicate and respect people come in their place! It's not just a mess anymore — it's an outright mockery of everyone who comes there!
