You sit in line for 3-4 hours, tolerate their bestial attitude, and then they send you to the same circle — wait further! The staff there seemed to be just going to sit, drink tea and have lunch. Lunch with them is like a sacred act, and the ‘queen’ of the cabinet can calmly say with an important look: ‘I have lunch, wait another hour!’It feels like they were specially recruited to be rude and bring people down. Fire everyone to hell, let at least those who know how to communicate and respect people come in their place! It's not just a mess anymore — it's an outright mockery of everyone who comes there!
It's just awful. We made a preliminary phone call, clarified which documents are needed for the MCH. I came, they turned it around, saying you don't need it. They called again and clarified. We came again, we sat in line for 3.5 hours, I went to clarify what we are waiting for and how the electronic queue works, if I have a ticket 138, and 150 have already entered, the answer is: "we don't know, go to room 6." I go in and there are people there, so what should I do? Don't care about them and download the rights? They left, they didn't finish sitting. Now again, they called - the ticket is not the same. I took another one, they said they would redirect it, but he has been sitting in line for 2 hours. Is that the case in all departments? Or is it just our luck?
