They impose their video and photography services very much. They wanted to sign without "pathos" in the company of their parents. Several times it was stipulated that we did not need it, as a result, going into the hall during the ceremony, my husband and I realized that they did not hear us and started filming anyway. After the ceremony, they began to delay filming (I didn't want to swear on such a day).
We had 20 minutes in the room for guests and newlyweds, but we could not spend them in our company, as they began to show us the video that they shot, offered to buy it (which the mothers could not resist and bought it), and also added embarrassment to the unfunny jokes of the photographer and the sale of the pen that we signed.
In general, the impression at the beginning of the day was spoiled for us.

08/27/2022 my husband and I painted, coming to the registry office at the appointed time, we were met by a photographer who quickly led us to the doors of the hall where we did not have time to put ourselves in order, said everything would be at the highest level, where I was upset at the initial stage, going into the hall like children by the handle, I did not meet such nonsense, it's just incredible ....., the photographers as we stood so they took pictures without saying to become so and so, putting rings on each other, they also took pictures of each other, as a result, leaving the hall, the photographer invited us to the hall where he showed a delusional video where they shot us terribly that I almost cried there, photos were sent and I I realized that my important day in my life can be forgotten by more than one normal photo, very upset and angry, ruined the whole day and memory!!!!!!

A videographer has been working at the registration since the 3rd (!) cameras and immediately after registration, offers to purchase a video for 60 rubles. It feels like the price of this company is max. 50 rubles! Payment cannot be made by card, only by bank transfer (now I'm waiting for a check, I hope it's legal at all), which is extremely inconvenient as a foreigner. Otherwise, it's great! Alla Ivanovna, another employee, is also top class!!!
