Even making an appointment for a wedding is a big problem: Come to make an appointment 3 months before the wedding, take a receipt, GO to the BANK to pay (there is no way to pay on the spot or from banking applications), come another day with a check from the bank to write an application. It is impossible to solve the issue in one day. The mode of operation is in the best traditions of the state contractor: accepting applications at one time on certain days, registering for a wedding at other times on different days, and, most importantly, all this on weekdays between 8 and 17. We went to another registry office in a small town at 18 o'clock in half an hour, signed up, issued applications, took the date / time, paid for everything by ERIP, received answers to all questions.
