Even making an appointment for a wedding is a big problem:
Come to make an appointment 3 months before the wedding, take a receipt, GO to the BANK to pay (there is no way to pay on the spot or from banking applications), come another day with a check from the bank to write an application.
It is impossible to solve the issue in one day.
The mode of operation is in the best traditions of the state contractor: accepting applications at one time on certain days, registering for a wedding at other times on different days, and, most importantly, all this on weekdays between 8 and 17.
We went to another registry office in a small town at 18 o'clock in half an hour, signed up, issued applications, took the date / time, paid for everything by ERIP, received answers to all questions.

A good approach from the staff, everything was explained, they waited a little and wrote out the documents.

The painting of the young lasted 5-6 minutes, the guests could not attend it, which is extremely .....extremely ....It's a shame!!! While we were undressing and fixing our hairstyles in the hall, the young people had already been invited, none of us noticed. I put one star because of the employee of the registry office Kobak Ales Vasilyevna, who spoiled everyone's mood and my husband and I painted. She behaved rudely, was rude, scolded, said that we were spoiling her mood and called her a liar, since I did not know that it was forbidden to enter the office with my parents. The mood was gone, as were the memories of the light painting. One question is how such employees are allowed to work with people, and even more so to paint and where the bosses look.

But a new employee appeared, registers marriages, says congratulatory speeches, a brunette, was often in blue tight-fitting clothes, looked 35-40 years old, every time she behaves very unrestrained, irritable, grumpy. He makes remarks to the guests, rudely clarifies relations with other people. Noticed repeatedly.
It spoils the festive mood.
Very unprofessional.
There are other registrars who have been working there for years, there have never been any problems with them, the nicest people.
The brunette needs to be sent to the office, she can't work with people.
