The impossible was done when the traffic police told me that just registration was enough to replace the rights, and a week later, after passing the medical examination, I submitted the documents, suddenly it turned out that it was not enough (I need a certificate of residence, which is done from 15 to 30 days 😭 I had it done as soon as possible! I thank Olga from the Department for work with foreign citizens for her human participation! It is rare to find such an attitude in government institutions.❤ And yet I managed to change my license in two weeks of vacation 🎉🥰
