The department seems to have been lost in time - it feels like you will find yourself in the 80s and 90s of the last century. It can be used for filming films about the USSR or early independence ;) There are still no computers in the branch, so many chips are not available - for example, payment by the recipient, etc. I have to go to the city. It is compensated by pleasant and responsive postmen.
