Three cash desks and as a result, a maximum of two are working, the queue is constantly. Make one for pensions and the other for utility bills. The third one is for parcels and transfers.

The delivery is slow, the parcels were lost, the service staff behaves as if you hit their children to a pulp with a bat.

A shabby place, long service, it doesn't matter if there are two people in line or five, standing time is at least 30 minutes, but polite!
