As a result, I was assured that the letters would arrive and everything would be fine..... BUT.... In Vitebsk, they did not give the letter to the person, because I do not have that ill-fated check that their COMPUTER could not print.
And I need to go there again, waste time, money, nerves....
And also a new joke from belpost, they charge people money for SMS in Viber. You used to pay money and get an SMS on your phone saying that the letter was handed over, but now they send it in Viber for free! It's absurd!!!! They would have filled stories in Instagram with my envelope!
