Queues are also a mess, someone takes in a specific window, someone in the general sense (which is more reasonable) and often confusion comes out because of this.
There is not enough electronic queue, as well as a separate window or at least a priority in one of the windows for receiving small packages and parcels without payment.
It's high time to make an electronic queue, otherwise it's not clear who is behind whom. The staff is also not very cultured, they can raise their voice.
