Добрые и приятные сотрудницы, всегда помогут и подскажут. По времени ожидания, как повезет, расписание заполняемости примерно совпадает с реальностью. Достаточно чисто, есть места, где можно посидеть.

Отличное отделение, сотрудники работают очень быстро, нет очереди, вежливые и внимательные, всегда помогут заполнить если что не понятно, в отделении чисто. Мне все понравилось, отделение рекомендую!

Когда разделили выдачу и отправку посылок от остальной почты в отдельную часть корпуса, это было отлично, получение и отправка были очень быстрыми, теперь опять всё обьеденили и ожидание в очереди просто выбешивает, можно минут 30 стоять, не хватает сотрудников, хотя они стараются и нагрузки на них очень большие, тем более им надо заниматься выдачей и приёмкой товаров с Авито и маркетплейсов.
