I was at the branch on 02.11 (window 3), I asked if it was possible to put money on the card - in response I received only "impatient" and impolite answers. Communication was stressful every time)
Please note that I always start communication with all people working in the service sector in a very friendly and positive way. The service here is just terrible 👎
