I was at the branch on 02.11 (window 3), I asked if it was possible to put money on the card - in response I received only "impatient" and impolite answers. Communication was stressful every time)
Please note that I always start communication with all people working in the service sector in a very friendly and positive way. The service here is just terrible 👎

For those who do not like the queue, they put a post office near the Central Department Store and on the vulka, redirect your Chinese parcel there through the mail application and pick it up at any time of the day or night. You can also send a parcel, type the address of the recipient and sender in the application in the on-line processing, type the code that the application gave you in the post office and send the parcel, using a convenient service where you do not need to go to the post office.
