The advice is to introduce a commission for the payment of all payments, so that there would be a choice of 3% more expensive but through the cashier, or without interest, but through the information kiosk
OPS Lida- 15 is a normal, standard department for villages and agro-towns.
The operators are excellent: polite, sociable.
There are no questions about them.
But...
for example, there is such a moment as (wholesale) sending parcels, transfers and registered letters.
And this, as you know, is a very long time.
And when you come in and see that only two cash registers are functioning (this is at best) and the queue is even outside the room, then the brain starts working in the following mode:
when will the pension payments end and com. services.
Accordingly, we have to leave for another OPS.
The conclusion is this: it is a pity for the elderly, who, due to the lack of the necessary number of personnel per population, will stand in line for a couple of hours.
The operators of our city earn a little, but the amount of work they have is simply terrible.
