There was only one case when the cashier either did not hear me, or something else... and instead of 5 rubles, I put as much as 25 rubles on the phone. But, in principle, I don't consider it a bad service. The money came to the phone, but did not go "out of nowhere", and no one canceled the human factor. It happens to everyone. Thanks to the staff for their kindness and professionalism.
