I receive parcels from China for this purpose.Notifications are sent on a case-by-case basis, parcels are lying around in the mail for a very long time.There was a case when a printed parcel (empty) was brought and thrown into the mailbox.When I came to the department with an empty envelope, one of the workers said that I should not tell anyone, the Chinese would return the money anyway.This is the post office 19.
