Всего 2 окна, которые должны обслуживать очереди посетителей на прием и отправку посылок. Одно окно выдает посылки, другое - принимает. Конечно, это затягивается надолго, если, например, у человека большой набор отправлений. Не помешает расширить возможности отделения, потому что 2 человека - это несерьезно.
