Grade 1 letters are systematically delayed, sometimes for a whole week. The postman works terribly, letters of the 1st class are lost, sometimes they say "we forgot / it's raining today, the postman won't carry, wait another 3 days." Why am I overpaying for a Class 1 envelope so that you don't bring them to me and delay them? The complaint book is not provided, employees are often rude and indignant at the request "please look, maybe you have my letter lying around somewhere, I have been waiting for it for a long time, it has already been handed to me, and the mailbox is empty." Terrible attitude towards people.
