It is very difficult to receive a parcel for half an hour or even more time. Before the repair, it was easier to have 5-6 people in the queue at most, and now up to 25 in the evening and all to receive in one window. I've never seen a post office do a worse job.
After the renovation, it became very convenient. The only thing is that there is a long queue for parcels. And only the first window works for issuance. It would be possible to issue parcels in other windows with a large influx.
