Department after repair. It's cozy inside, the operators are polite and friendly. There is an electronic queue. Not quite satisfied with the working hours until 18.00 on weekdays. It is desirable that the post office works until 19.00. There were no questions about the services provided. Payments are all taken. The parcels were delivered on time.
After the renovation, the department is much better and more respectable.
There are always enough people.
The staff is friendly and courteous, which is rare for the post office.
Excellent staff! It is noticeable that people work from the heart, without nerves, as it often happens! I have been using postal services here for more than 20 years! 💌
A good department, finally created conditions for employees to work and a convenient electronic queue for customers, there used to be confusion with the queue.
After the repair, there is quite nothing. The hall is much smaller, but neat and clean. In principle, it's fine. I come in sometimes. Now there are applications through which payments are made on the phone, so I went on occasion
When I go to this post, I am instantly transported to the 90s: a creaking door, a grille and a plywood interior. There are no complaints about the service: competent staff who can offer several solutions to the problem and suggest the most economical option.
For a neighborhood like Titova, it was possible to make the mail better and bigger, and what is most important and necessary for many, not just for me, is the presence of a ramp!!!!!
The post office is very small, there are always a lot of people, sometimes you can't squeeze through, two windows where they serve, discontent reigns, the atmosphere is heavy, but the service is not bad, competent people serve!
The building is old and small (we got it from the USSR) the area has grown in,, times,, - it does not cope with the passing capacity (almost always not small queues)
Regular mail, 3 windows for visitors, the situation is certainly not very good, it would not be bad to make repairs so that this department becomes more modern
