The mail itself is sent to me, fast delivery,service,etc.But 3 stars for not inspecting their offices, which open later, then close earlier (they work from 7 to 16, but in fact from 8 to 15 and this is without receiving mail machines, they work with them at least according to the schedule), they have not yet reached the staff (courier delivery is available but it is not available at individual branches, which means if you paid for the delivery, then you can pick it up or if it is express delivery does not come in 2-3 days but 4-5 as usual), parcels are slowly checked for SMS, you have to pay but it comes after you have picked up the parcel (the parcel is in the department, but you took it a day ago). And in general, Ukrposhta is better than other post offices now and more convenient.
