The usual department. I liked that they called and informed me about the arrival of the parcel. When you come, you don't know who to contact, everyone is busy with their work, you send your question into the air and then there is a person who will serve you. I can't say that the staff is friendly there, but I didn't hear any rudeness, more indifferent.
