The waiting time is always different, depending on how you get there..... they are accepted quickly, polite, everything is as usual, it could be worse, there is something to compare.And close to the house)
The service is lame, but it's the fault of the organization of work, not the employees themselves. There just aren't enough of them there.

My mother is a pensioner (64 years old) and she is used to receiving a pension, paying immediately for a communal room and stomping around the shops. Today she was deceived and robbed of 65 rubles with a pension of 292 rubles... Fortunately, mom realized that something was wrong, counted the money and returned. The girl accused her of not counting the money in front of her and confided in her. I had to fight with the staff and count the money in the cash register to find the lost money, because 65 rubles are sticking out brightly! Thank you, it was a pleasure!
