My parcel, which arrived on the day of receipt, was searched for 10 minutes (the parcel storage place was poorly organized), stood in line for 20 minutes (arrived at 10-54 number 153, invited to the window at 11-15), while there are 5 operator places in the department, 3 really work. It took 30 minutes to steam at the post office, the room is stuffy, elderly people are sitting deeply, but everyone is working slowly.
