There are only three windows in department 046 and two of them are always open. By the way, I also visited department 046 on the same day, there is no queue at all. It is unclear where to complain, since the hotline does not guarantee at least some kind of response to your request. Apparently, only to higher authorities.
I accidentally had to go to this post office to pay for the cottage. I took the ticket in the electronic queue and started running, there were about ten people in front of me and 25 people after me, and as a result, I did not wait for my turn in 1 hour. Parcels are sent and given away, and those who pay are still sitting. Before you come here, think about another post office.
