Weekday, Thursday, 10:30 a.m. There is a queue of about 10 people. The time spent in the queue is about 40 minutes. And that's because only one of their 4 windows worked. This is outrageous. There are only three windows in department 046 and two of them are always open. By the way, I also visited department 046 on the same day, there is no queue at all. It is unclear where to complain, since the hotline does not guarantee at least some kind of response to your request. Apparently, only to higher authorities.
At 12.30 one window was working. I carried out utility payments and issued transfers. What is the point of an email queue? To receive a parcel, you need to stand for 1 hour (at least). Terrible organization of work.
