I like our department. The staff is friendly. There was never even the slightest hint of rudeness. The electronic queue is very pleasing. It happens, of course, that there are a lot of people, but this is because the post office does a lot of unnecessary things. In the modern world, it is very strange to accept payment for utility bills, with an information kiosk for this. It is clear that elderly people are not all able and willing to learn new things, but often middle-aged people stand in such queues. Which personally discourages me. UPD. After the renovation, it's also nice to be here. It is very beautiful and there is a lot of space. Only soft blue saddles, for some reason they do not lie on the windowsills, but the girls behind the counters probably feel sorry for them. UPD. 02/19/12 Soft saddles have taken their rightful place on the windowsills.

Very often there are long queues, sometimes you have to pick up a parcel! and wait 30-40 minutes. Otherwise, everything is fine I will add a review 3 years later. We have made a modern and cozy renovation, an electronic queue. The service is good and polite. I try not to walk during rush hours, the time lasts more or less acceptable. Everything is fine 👍

I mostly send parcels, pack at home, arrange everything through the website, sending at the post office itself takes 40 seconds along with payment, and sometimes I have to sit in line for 40 minutes.
