I mostly send parcels, pack at home, arrange everything through the website, sending at the post office itself takes 40 seconds along with payment, and sometimes I have to sit in line for 40 minutes. To be honest, I didn't quite understand what the electronic queue is for, if they skip utility bills all the time by numbers, and I'm with postal items and wait from 15 to 30 minutes.
