The service of some operators is simply outrageous!!! Rudeness in the highest degree! I consider this an unacceptable attitude! I would also like to note that there is a pungent smell of mold in the room! Reduced the visit to this institution to a minimum!
This is not a post office , but a bank branch , it is not possible to use the mail services because of the kilometer-long queues for housing and communal services , dear management, enter an electronic queue that will send people to the operator in priority .
I would call it not the Post Office, but the Savings Bank! You come for the package... there are a lot of people, operations are mainly for housing and communal services, you will have to wait 20, 30 minutes to receive a parcel. The operators are friendly, try to please everyone, they do their job by 200 percent! As the Post office for the local population works at 30 percent, the rest is accepting funds and payments.
