At the same time, 10-15 people of customers who received numbers in the electronic queue and were suspended while waiting for service remain unserved. No one apologizes to people for this. The book of comments and suggestions is not given because they have already closed. Working with clients is disgusting. I stood in line for 40 minutes and was not served.
The queues are always long, they work slowly and at the same time they are rude to visitors. I saw several times how they demanded a complaint book, but they never gave it to them. And some were told not to order anything by mail, but to use a private delivery service.
