A small compartment. Sometimes there are few people, and sometimes you can wait in line for 20 minutes or more. It is inconvenient that lunch is from 13.00 to 14.00 and I would like to extend the work schedule until 20.00 in the evening, otherwise after work you do not have time to come in, taking into account work until 19.00 hours.

Everything is done well, and the electronic queue, speed and quality of service are without complaints.There are two problems:There is one department for the entire densely populated area, and it's a long way to get to it.And the second problem is that the opening hours were changed from 9.00 to 10.00.(Previously, it was possible to pick up a parcel before work, but now only on your next day off.)

That's horrible. There are 19 people in the queue!!!! There is one cash register, for the second one, for some reason no one. Is this how we fight the spread of covid and for good service? If it wasn't for a forced reason, I wouldn't have come here in my life. It's disgusting and slow, and no one cares at all.
