The communication department is terrible , incompetent workers are working ! The issue had to be resolved through a hotline. Employees are completely unable to listen, hear and understand !!! It is very sad that even the head of the department does not have the information. I suggest giving a bonus to ANNA STEPANOVNA PANASYUK for the WORST employee of the 30th communication department!
Although there is an electronic queue, you have to wait for 40-50 minutes.
