Convenient location. Convenient access. A comfortable, clean room. The staff is polite and tidy. Unfortunately, there is no ramp at the entrance, but there is a staff call button.

I visit this department regularly. A major renovation has recently been done. Sofas are installed for visitors, which is very convenient for pensioners. There are often queues, as many elderly people come to pay for utilities, or receive a pension. The staff is qualified, treats customers kindly, suggests what is best to do when making payments or sending parcels. I am satisfied with the work of this department!

Registered letters were not delivered or notified several times. They work slowly. Although the repair is well done, it is pleasant to enter and there is no confusion with the queue now.
