After the "upgrade", things changed for the better - an electronic queue appeared, the room was improved. But there is also a fly in the ointment in this progress. The department consists of two halls. You knock out a ticket in the vestibule between them and wait in line in one of the halls. And that's where the lottery starts. You guessed right, you didn't guess right, you go to the next room. And if it's a grandmother with a wand, who will figure it out and get there, you begin to doubt the convenience of an electronic queue.
