The post office delays parcels a lot, and by and large this applies to international parcels. There are very good employees with whom it is pleasant to talk on time of receiving parcels, but these are few, I just want to keep silent about the rest
It is better not to go to the department, but to accept deliveries by courier. It is difficult to understand which option to choose in the terminal. Cashiers don't always check the numbers. Not everyone respects the order of the queue.
The delivery is working well.
Regular mail, and newspapers/magazines are carried home. Everything is polite.
The only drawback is queues.
It has been possible to pay for communal services via Internet banking for a long time. And here it's like the last century, okay, the elderly, but the young. They even put it on the phone and then go to the post office, to the cashier. And by the way, there is a terminal there!!!
And this is a claim to human visitors.
Another issue is that one cash register is almost always open. But with that in mind, as long as everyone is alive and well!
