The pension is brought home, no one came on the day of payment, after the weekend the daughter came to the post office itself to find out what was the matter (tk grandmother is 82 years old), the head explained that the postman was new, promised that the pension would be tomorrow, no one came tomorrow either... they called to clarify what was the matter, to which we were told that the billing period has ended.Now grandma needs to go to sobes and write an application for payment there, and she will be able to receive payment only next year.
Grandma won't be able to go alone because of her age, her relatives are all working. The head of the department did not help to solve the problem! Conclusion an elderly man was left without money, even during the holidays.
