It's stuffy, there's always a crowd of people. Especially during rush hour. There are not enough people and it has always been like this. No one is doing anything about it. The air conditioner is almost always turned off in summer. Either the employees have lost the remote control, or this is the stupidest saving on the "comfort" of visitors. Fortunately, there is an IR port on the phone, and the air conditioner reacts to the commands that are given to it.
