An endless queue, it is impossible to receive/send. I have sworn off using this resource. This is not the fault of the department's employees. The endless queue is a bad heredity and a lousy organization of the entire Sovdepov system of Ukrposhta.

Ukrposhta is difficult to assess. Queues, low technology, poor equipment. But in the 50th it is a little better than the rest.
