In general, there is only one negative from the quality of work of this enterprise.
I put 5 only because of one girl, she always tries to do everything quickly. The rest can barely move and can be rude, but when you remember their rules in response, they shut up in a moment. There are always huge queues, people have to stand on the street, parcels are lying somewhere - girls rummage on every shelf to find this parcel.
In the " windows ", employees do not work according to the schedule. They create queues. I also want to add that people come to this post office, come from different areas and create giant queues. Don't they have their own post offices? As if this is the only post office in the city of Gomel. It's an outrage. And how many people pay for an apartment "the old-fashioned way" at the post office? kapets.
A new post office!! I constantly receive parcels there! The staff is nude- there has never been any harassment!!! The halls are divided here- for parcels, and for other purposes!! The only drawback is that there is no electronic queue in the parcel compartment!!!
