For six months I have been sending letters of the 1st grade, I put pens inside.In Minsk, there were no problems in different post offices, they said in ordinary envelopes, i.e. in registered letters nothing is allowed except printed materials, but in 1st class letters it is possible, because I pay 2.5rubles for the envelope itself plus for sending, because with a pen excess weight turns out, everything was fine.The employees of this post office acted rudely, pasted stamps and said Go to the mailbox, let go, is this banter?the hole in the drawer is 2 times smaller than a large envelope, where should I put it? Such people should not work with people!!!
