Excellent department, polite and pleasant operators. There are no parcel losses, the work is prompt, I have been using the services of 64 Ukrposhta branches for more than 10 years and I am very satisfied with the service.

The speed of service is frustrating. But in general it is expected. Sending letters with stamps and a pen to write to the addressee is like from the last century. Well, is it really impossible to put a scale with a touch screen and print stickers with a label: you enter the address with automatic selection, print it out and glue it on the envelope. Thrusting into the mailbox, the CC is automatically read and added to the mail delivery accounting system ... In general, they need to catch up with New mail at breakneck speed.
