There is a good department, I did not get into long queues, there is an electronic queue. Subscriptions, parcels, payment for services. The staff is friendly. It's cool in summer and warm in winter.
The department is normal, it works on an electronic queue, the people are adequate, the department is cozy, in short, the mail is like mail. The most important thing is that it is within walking distance.
The staff is always polite, attentive. Individual approach to each client. Team cohesion is important. The hall is always clean. There are places where you can comfortably wait your turn.
I really like this department. Polite and tidy staff. But a huge minus is the electronic queue, or rather how it is configured, in the 1st window it says "only postal services", and the EA also sends all sorts of other payment services there, this is terrible, it would be much better that one window and the EA would work only for post services, as in some other branches!
Everything is cool, but it would not hurt to make an electronic queue!!! There are clashes with customers, who is the first, who is the last, someone will ask who is the last, and someone is not, they will stand in line at some cash register on the machine, because of which a small conflict may happen later, I was just a witness a couple of times, that's why I write, it would be better we made an electronic queue, and the staff are well done, beautiful and polite, the work is done quickly and in an organized manner 👍😎
Everything is fast and professional at the pick-up point itself
The Post itself sends parcels from a city that is 2 hours away for up to seven days, which is beyond understanding logic - what else to pay for with such a service
