Good staff, polite and helpful staff. After the electronic queue was set up, the work did not go faster, but there was much less swearing in the queue. A lot of pensioners - for pensions and utility bills

Wonderful staff!!!! There are long queues on payment days, but it is tolerable, especially since there is an electronic queue. A wide range of services, experts will tell you everything, tell you and help.
