I would like to express my deep gratitude to the OPS 7 staff for their active work, excellent service, and available information on new services. Special thanks to the head, Svetlana Ivanovna, for such a wonderful team.
It's just terrible!!!I had to buy two envelopes, I stood for 45 minutes, my lunch was over and the queue did not come up!!!! Why install an email and specify what I need to purchase and there is no priority! There were 30 people in a small room , three of them were moms with babies who were crying !!!In general, there are no words, as always, everything is for people!!!!
Terrible service, even with an electronic queue. At the post office, pensioners prioritize paying for utilities, buying sugar, pasta, etc.
And when I came to buy two envelopes, I had to stand in line for almost an hour!!!
When the payment for utilities at the post office, the payment of pensions (there are banks and ATMs), the sale of groceries and household goods (there are shops) are already canceled.
There were a lot of people at the time of the visit to the department. The room is small, alas, there are few shops. There are no problems with the service, the specialist of the department is polite and works quickly.
It's very rare that there aren't huge queues. There are often 2 cash desks out of 3 ... Waiting for numbers that have left for a long time. It turns out that it would be possible to serve half a person already, but they call those who are not there)
Tk, I was 14 and couldn't pick up the parcel with my passport. What kind of nonsense is this? By law, I have the right to pick up a parcel from the age of 14. I also stood in line for 40 minutes. You did me a favor.
Now I am very satisfied with the work of the department, the electronic queue is convenient, fast, without unnecessary disputes. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and professional!
Ladies and gentlemen! I really, really strongly do not recommend this post office! Once a year I visit this branch and every time there are some problems, this time we could not make a payment due to the incompetence of an intern employee, the head came who did not even delve into the payment, sending me to the bank branches for fear of messing up with the payment on the current account for tourist transportation! Shame on you! that of the 4 employees + the head, no one coped with their official duties!!! Spend a little more time on a more focused place for people, and a place for pensioners should remain that way, I was very disappointed...
For a very long time, sometimes not all employees are in a good mood, so they decide to spoil it for you, and so in general I did not observe any big disadvantages
Very convenient location, close to public transport stops, shopping facilities. But there is a big disadvantage - a very small customer service room, which does not allow old people and moms with young children to be comfortably in line.
The best branch in the city! Wonderful employees. There is a post office. The only problem in all post offices is people who consider mail to be a savings bank and a place of payment for communal services.
To buy 1 envelope for 60 kopecks, you need to stand in a queue of 30+ people! What kind of lawlessness is this?! Why can't they just get to the person who receives the parcel, for example, for 20-30 minutes at the time of acceptance. It's a matter of 5 seconds, give an envelope!!!!
No, for the sake of 1 envelope, stand in a queue of 30 people, how is that at all?!
After installing the electronic queue, most of the problems were solved. However, it is very inconvenient to drive in with a stroller: high thresholds and a narrow vestibule, steps at the entrance.
Probably a year ago, an electronic queue appeared here. It would seem to be a big plus. But there are also a lot of dissatisfied people. People take coupons and leave. While the expired ticket is being called twice, it is already possible to serve a person practically. But for me personally, it's a good innovation. There are 4 ticket offices in total. But it works mostly 2-3. It happened that 4, I found such moments.

Fortunately, it is now possible to pay for everything via the Internet, otherwise it is quite possible to sit at the post office for half a day. Sometimes there are huge queues, and I am very glad that there is not a live queue, but by numbers.
The staff is polite, they know their job, but they are very slow.
I like everything. The employees are friendly and competent people. They suggest that it is better to prescribe to a person for any age and for different interests.
The manager is not good, some workers are even more whiplash, there is too much excess in actions and words, especially when it is not necessary, and the rules with the electronic queue are well thought out
Now everything is in order, the hall has been reconstructed, thanks to coupons, the queue passes unnoticed, there is an opportunity for pensioners to sit on banquettes.
After the reorganization, it became more convenient. The only thing that bothers is that the announcement of the queue number slows down so much that sometimes the client already has time to leave.
