Terrible service, even with an electronic queue. At the post office, pensioners prioritize paying for utilities, buying sugar, pasta, etc. And when I came to buy two envelopes, I had to stand in line for almost an hour!!! When the payment for utilities at the post office, the payment of pensions (there are banks and ATMs), the sale of groceries and household goods (there are shops) are already canceled.

It's just terrible!!!I had to buy two envelopes, I stood for 45 minutes, my lunch was over and the queue did not come up!!!! Why install an email and specify what I need to purchase and there is no priority!There were 30 people in a small room , three of them were moms with babies who were crying !!!In general, there are no words, as always, everything is for people!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen! I really, really strongly do not recommend this post office! Once a year I visit this branch and every time there are some problems, this time we could not make a payment due to the incompetence of an intern employee, the head came who did not even delve into the payment, sending me to the bank branches for fear of messing up with the payment on the current account for tourist transportation! Shame on you! that of the 4 employees + the head, no one coped with their official duties!!! Spend a little more time on a more focused place for people, and a place for pensioners should remain that way, I was very disappointed...

Probably a year ago, an electronic queue appeared here. It would seem to be a big plus. But there are also a lot of dissatisfied people. People take coupons and leave. While the expired ticket is being called twice, it is already possible to serve a person practically. But for me personally, it's a good innovation. There are 4 ticket offices in total. But it works mostly 2-3. It happened that 4, I found such moments.

Fortunately, it is now possible to pay for everything via the Internet, otherwise it is quite possible to sit at the post office for half a day. Sometimes there are huge queues, and I am very glad that there is not a live queue, but by numbers. The staff is polite, they know their job, but they are very slow.
