I live in this house, but I am served on the Council. As I understand it, this department only accepts everything for shipment, but does not issue it, although a company of people came to receive it when I was there. Which is strange. I have to go to the post office in another branch, although it would be more convenient if everything was given out here. The work of the department itself is basically good.

Belpost and that says it all. Anyone who has not been to China does not know how the post office should work… And so send a letter and buy sugar! There's not a lot of space, but it's in the center.
