I am outside the Republic of Belarus for work, and there is a huge problem with the work of the POST OFFICE of the Republic of Belarus. My parents are retired and disabled, I sent them a small package (2kg) paying the amount with receipt under the signature of the parents. All packages sent by me to them were delivered to the house in advance, in this case, when corresponding with the white mail staff via chat, I was told that the package would not be delivered to the parents at home, they say, let them go and pick it up themselves. She explained the situation that both of them are pensioners, in addition to this, they are disabled, even a pension brings them both home. She told me that for 3.12 rubles. they can deliver to your home, you have requested a link to pay - there is no link , they say only in cash upon receipt !!! As a result, it turns out that our stacks of pensioners are not protected at all. They, being disabled, have to go to the post office themselves??!! and I, being outside the Republic of Belarus, cannot pay with a Belarusian card, even if it is an additional payment, so that they can have the package delivered to their home? I asked to specify the email address of the person responsible for delivery or the directorate of the main post office - also not !!
I tried to communicate with the girl answering the chat questions, explaining the situation, there is a human factor, we are not capricious, we really found ourselves in a desperate situation when it is difficult for parents to move, but they answer me with complete insensibility: if it were a parcel 📦- we deliver parcels , and this is a package - go yourself and there are no exceptions. There are no exceptions when there is no humanity . There is no way to secure payment by card. There is no link to send a complaint about the work of those who have withdrawn the help of the Post Office and the main post office and people who are indifferent to someone else's trouble are sitting at the chat. I would like to be heard. So that our old people would have more protection. Why is there still no card payment service? I would love to pay for the package to be delivered to my parents' home. And aren't there any options for helping people with disabilities?!

In Soviet times, the main post offices even in small towns worked around the clock. That's why it's the main post office, so that it always works. After all, the rest of the city's communication offices are also closed on Sunday.

There are always long queues, plus the service staff not only works very slowly, but also runs around during customer service and goes about their business!!! It just doesn't fit into any framework anymore!!! It feels like you need to clean up the staff!!!!

Nearby there is a Belarusbank in which there are never queues - for some reason everyone with utilities goes to the post office! In general, I am completely dissatisfied and I am preparing a letter to the General Director to sort out this mess! There should be 1 window for payments and 3 for parcels, since not only the post office accepts payments, but also a bunch of banks, but parcels are only issued at the post office
Can I please give priority to coupons for those who buy any products? It was absurd to wait in line for several numbers after my number, despite the fact that it was necessary to buy two envelopes
As in all branches: terrible queue allocation and empty windows that provide these queues!!! Most of the windows are always on break! Of the advantages, only a large hall with a sufficient number of sofas )
