In terms of the quality of service, everything is always OK, BUT the eternally non-burning light bulb at the entrance (. Because of this, when leaving the post office in the evening, you can healthily climb the steps from the high porch. Maybe they are saving electricity, or maybe they are waiting for a light bulb to be presented to them...
There are constant queues, no matter what time you come in. The staff is polite, but they work very slowly.

An SMS came saying that the parcel had arrived at the institution and could be picked up, coming to the post office, they said that nothing was ready yet and the parcels were being disassembled, that it was better to come tomorrow, i.e. on Sunday, left, after half an hour at home checked the box and lo and behold, there is a notification about the parcel, not competent staff
It is unclear why, but parcels are often given not by passport, but by registration address. Often they do not find the parcel at all, although they also received an SMS notification that the parcel was in their warehouse.
A good branch and a terminal with a bill acceptor without commission is worth it, if you pay quickly, then it's better to use it, since there are almost always queues of grandmothers, but in principle they serve quickly.
There are a lot of people going to the post office, the cash registers are not always all working, although there are plenty of people. But at least the staff works more or less quickly
Mail is like mail, in the 20s, as always, chaos due to the payment of communal services. I am pleased with the work of the staff, but they find parcels very slowly
