Работники почты грубят, такое ощущение что мы к ним домой пришли, а не на почту?

Ужасное обслуживание ,в пол 6 уже не выдали посылку ,очередь по 2-3 часа

Самое ужасное отделение почты в городе, в плане ремонта. Вывеска облезшая; урны у отделения нет; убогое, тусклое освещение; деревянные, облезшие окна с советских времен и т.д.
