Минус в том, что наступают холода, а отопление не работает, как можно работать в здании при минусовой температуре.
И это в 21 веке, нормально?
Плюс в том, что работают здесь очень хорошие, добросовестные люди, к населению относятся с пониманием, обслуживают прекрасно, если требуется помощь, особенно пожилым, всё объяснят и помогут, это дорогого стоит.
