Кондиционер не работает, а было весьма душно! Не понимаю как там сотрудники переносят такую духоту! Издевательство над посетителями и работниками!

50\50!!! В основном вежливое и культурное обслуживание. Не всегда быстро, но всегда качественно. Операторы культурные, вежливые. Старшие оперзала на контакт не идут. видимо считают себя выше клиентов, либо наоборот, менее грамотными.... Поэтому на вопросы не отвечают, возникшие проблемы и разногласия решить самостоятельно не могут.
