15.12.024 . Приехал на почту на ул. Правды в 16.30 на дверях бумажка (уехала на доставку) прождал до18. 00 ни кто не пришёл

Отделение в ужасном состоянии. Все разбросано , грязно. Отделение находится в подъезде многоэтажного дома.
