Выдавала письмо девушка, которая объяснила , как быстро и качественно получить услугу на почте России в новых условиях ( автоматизация процессов). Очень жаль, что много негативных отзывов об этом отделении. Меня обслужили профессионально и, кстати, девушка, очень приятная и симпатичная. Побольше посетителям терпения к сотрудникам почты.
